Our founder
Marjo van den Broek

Marjo van den Broek is een ervaren professional met meer dan 30 jaar internationale werkervaring en eMarjo van den Broek is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of international work experience and has followed a unique career path. She began her career as a secretary at Goldman Sachs in New York and, without any formal education, rose to the position of Executive Director in Frankfurt. In 2005, she joined Rabobank, where she held various leadership roles, including Global Business Manager Corporate Finance and Head of Portfolio Management..
In 2014, Marjo became Global Cooperative Values Manager, where she pioneered Rabobank’s global Speak Up program and played a key role in fostering a culture of trust, integrity, and psychological safety. She later served as Business Manager in the Global Financial Crime Compliance department.
Marjo is an autodidact, known for her ability to make complex ethical challenges understandable and turn them into actionable solutions, based on real-life needs. She is a certified trusted person and dialogue facilitator and an active contributor to national and international ethics committees and roundtables.
She founded Corporate Values Management to help organizations build safe, values-driven cultures and promote ethical entrepreneurship.
